As the last contingency to lift on our contract, we thought we were just a few steps away from finalizing the deal until we saw Tyler's report on the unit. He's incredibly thorough and highlighted dozens of issues that would have cost us tens of thousands in the long run and possibly hundreds of thousands given the likelihood that a full membrane seal penned in for 2040 was far more likely to be needed in the coming few years. Can't recommend him enough. Worth every penny. Great guy, easy to work with, truly looks out for his client's best interests! read less

Right from the begining he instructed us what all is required for our condo inspection, come prepared with all your questions, no questions are stupid ones. Right on the day of the inspection Tyler was present there right on time and when we joined him later for the inspection notes we were highly impressed by the minute details he went through with the inspection. He also went above and beyond not only to check the unit but also did a check from the outdoors of the building as courtesy. He allowed us to take our time and answered all our queries and guided us on what could be an upcoming expense. He was very thorough with the strata docs and the deprication reports. You all would know from the reviews Tyler has he is a busy person but not once did he push us to finish up the review or hurry us into it. His one statement which he said to us will always be special as this was our first purchase "you guys will do good here" felt so relieved when someone you have met for the first time tends to make that effort to feel you connected.
