As the last contingency to lift on our contract, we thought we were just a few steps away from finalizing the deal until we saw Tyler's report on the unit. He's incredibly thorough and highlighted dozens of issues that would have cost us tens of thousands in the long run and possibly hundreds of thousands given the likelihood that a full membrane seal penned in for 2040 was far more likely to be needed in the coming few years.
